The Sharjah Investment Forum needed some printouts of banners and brochures that could help them in marketing the event and representing it at the global level. They reached out to Digital Gravity to come up with some designs and ideas that have appropriate visual images and present a professional look, strengthen the branding of the forum, and enhance the message impact to a broad international audience, properly formate print pieces that can effectively be used as highly effective marketing tools to get a worldwide audience of possible investors, attendees, and media sponsors.

Overview
While working with SIF our team was tasked to design a compelling piece of brochure that highlights the most significant details about the event impressively, with the ultimate goal to increase the attendance and global interest in the audience. Our utmost priority was to turn every piece of a brochure into a memorable marketing pitch. Irrespective of the size of the company and the demographics of the target audience, we focused on comprehensive print materials, including banners and brochures. The SIF reached out to Digital Gravity in search of a design that would be eye-catching and understandable, especially for an international investment forum as well as ensuring consistency in branding.

Time-sensitive print production
While working with SIF one of the main challenges we faced was working on a tight schedule. Especially in international events there is often a tight schedule in which design, printing, and distribution have to be made.
Brand Consistency
Another challenge that we faced was that the banners and brochures in particular should have some of the key print materials that reflect a single and organized brand consistently.
Visual Appeal
The SIF wanted a design that was aesthetically pleasing and had a visual appeal. While designing we have to make sure that the concepts are concise yet captivating and also inclusive of all local as well as international participants which requires a lot of research and thinking.
Ensuring Message Clarity Across Languages
Since SIF attracts a diverse international audience, it was crucial to ensure that the messaging was clear and impactful in multiple languages. This required careful translation and localization efforts to maintain the brand’s tone and message consistency across different linguistic backgrounds.

Result
The Sharjah Investment Forum is a global event with thousands of brilliant participants from across the globe. Therefore, we had to consider one design idea and content that would also be great for the local and international participants. Our team worked mainly on the alignment and the looks of the layout and selected respective color pallets that reflected the text, visuals, and content of the brochure.
