Injazat seeks to be a stop solution fulfilling all your necessary needs including driver’s license renewal, bill payments, doctor appointments, and more educational materials. More importantly, the development of the app stands out to fit every person’s profile, and therefore, learning how to use the app will not be a herculean task.
Our Challenges
Challenges we faced while designing and developing the website for Injazat.
Data Security and Privacy
Another was to ensure that we avoided sharing any implicit information regarding the sector and also had to ensure that the constructed website was according to their policy.
Complex Integration
Injazat entails several government and private service interfaces. It was complicated technically to weave all these different systems into a single, smooth user experience within the website.
Security and Data Privacy
Since the services being provided involve a lot of sensitivity such as government services and financial services, the security of the website and so the Data privacy regulations such as GDPR would have been rigorous.
Accessibility
Ensuring that the website is friendly to the disabled and other users, with disabilities such as eye or hand deficiencies would have been important. This would have needed following guidelines on Web Content Accessibility (WCAG).
